Good 'til the last drop

Tired? I am.
But it's only half-time.

I am exhausted. I feel empty. I feel almost empty. ALMOST. There is a last drop. There is a last drop just like every drop that has come before it flowing out of me. I am empty. ALMOST. But there is one drop left. I have not given it my everything. I have given it ALMOST everything. And the difference between those might sound small, but it is really enormous. In a dry and thirsty environment, one drop will create change.
So it's at half-time. Breathe, and get back out there. Give it the last drop. And then you know you have done enough. When you know that there is nothing left to give, nothing left to pour out, that is when you know it is enough. Until then, it is ALMOST enough.

I hope that I ALMOST make sense.
ALMOST kinda sounds weird when you say it 5 times in a short paragraph...

the most awesome thing is... you aren't ever going to run out. you may "almost" run out but because Jesus lives in you, He keeps you going and won't let you completely run on. He is pressing you to see what comes out. i think you once said in a blog... if you sqeeze a lemon, lemonaide comes out or something like that. the point is... i know exactly what will come out of you when you are squeezed, do you know???? i'm thankful you know that you have at least one last drop, but really you have soooooo much more than that!!!

i love you.

i probably didnt make any sense either, but oh well... i almost care, but not really.
